I haven't been on here much anyways. Anyways i sold my built yfz 488, RZR, and traded my Outlander 800 in on a new outlander 1000 XT

I can't run it hard yet, but it feels like it is going to be snappy the front end pulled up alittle being easy on it. It's really smooth, ride's soft, and handels awesome with the power steering. I have the power steering on the max setting and it's effortest to turn. You barely even have to grip the handel bars. So far i really like it. It's the best handeling quad i have ever rode and i have owned 20+ quads over the last 14 years.

My dealer treated me pretty good. He gave me $6249 trade in on my 09 Outlander 800XT with heated hand grips, UNI, BIg gun pipe, full skids and mine even had a rear axle clicking/ drive shaft noise with 2000 miles. I had to pay $6400 and mine out the door. The dealer told me he will give me 10% off all my parts and install them for free. He will change the oil, oil filter, and tranny fluid for free i just have to pay for the fluids. He also fill it up with gas and gave me a T shirt and said when he gets more in he will give me another color.

I was told to run it easy for the first 100 miles. They also told me that the computer won't let it run to it's full potential till after the first 100 miles. I forgot to ask what fuel rating to run in it. What do you run? I usually run 87. Will it hurt to run alittle more than 100 miles on the break in oil? Like 120? I am asking this because this is only the 4th brand new quad i have bought and the last one i bought brand new was back in 2002.

I can't wait to ride it this weekend there's two poker runs that i am going to hit up. So i am hoping to get that 100 miles really fast. I didn't really want the Camo, but it was the only one left and they weren't getting anymore till August. I had a camo king quad 750 before and it was nice becauseit didn't show the scrathes as much and after the first mile in the woods i realized i made the right choice. Enough talking here's the pics.

I will do a review once i can ride it hard. I can't wait to put 100 miles on it so i can see what this thing can really do. I never understood the plastic racks either. Oh well guess you can't have everything.

Awesome quad, and sounds like your dealer is pretty darn accommodating. Congrats on the new purchase, have fun and be safe!

its heavy for you guys and its still 200 lbs less than the old sportsmans of the 90s. go ride one of those for a while and then hop on a new can am or honda. it will feel like a sport machine.

1000cc and 750 lbs= quick
