300ex wont start

i started my 300ex yesterday and rode it to the end of the driveway to get the mail and it died (dies sometimes when in neutral if not warmed up) and when i went to start it back up it did nothing, no cranking or clicking. only thing that happens is neutral light dims a lil. it will start and run though if jumped with a screwdriver on the solenoid. please helpppppppp

Sounds like you need a new starter relay (solenoid)

before you change the starter solenoid check the fuse and for the dim lights it sounds like you have a bad ground check all grounds take them off and clean them
