I have a very nice 2000 Honda 400 EX quad. This machine has lots done to it (professionally) with receipts for everything to prove it. Plastics are in fairly good shape with the usual scuffs and only a few scratches. Frame is all straight with NO CRACKS on any welds or any other place. This has been meticulously gone through and maintained and only run Honda oil. What has been done since i have owned it:
Engine:
Fresh bore and hone to 415 cc (86.5 mm)
Namura CAST (not forged) 11:1 High compression piston and rings
Heavy duty Head studs
Torque grind Hot Cam
OEM Honda cam chain
Re-Seated Valves
All New engine gaskets and seals
Cleaned and polished carb
White Brother E-Series Exhaust with all discs needed
UNI Foam filter with Bel Ray oil (super sticky)
Proper break in procedure, oil change and re - torque of head studs
Jetted to match all mods
Frame & Suspension
YFZ 450 front shocks (rebuilt professionally) for woods riding
Rebuilt Stock Rear shock (professionally rebuilt) for woods riding
New swing arm bolt and lubed after every 3 rides so it will not seize up (if you know 400ex's you know what I'm talking about)
Swing Arm Skid Plate and A Arm Skid Plates
Lubed front A Arm bushings every 4 rides
20x11 ITP Holeshot XC rear tires (like new)
21x7 GoodYear True Tracker (65% or more)
Pro Armour Tether (for safety, not racing I only trail ride)
