I used one from a Polaris Predator 500 in mine. Was cheap, fairly easy to put in (minor fab, no welding) and looks great too.

I noticed that the predator radiator has studs on the bottom like the Cobra radiator. Do they line up with the mounting holes on the Cobra frame?

No, the pegs don't line up. That would be way too easy LOL.

The Wiley, PWR, Heath, etc radiators are nice. I just didn't want to spend 3 to 4 hundred bucks plus on a radiator. I looked at a YFZ radiator, and almost went with one of the off brand oversized ones on ebay, but a friend had a Predator rad in his mod, so I could see it in person, measure, etc. I bought a like new one on ebay for about 50 bucks, and it came with stock mud guard and overflow bottle. I also bought the aftermarket polished air shroud kit for 40 bucks (looks like 250R shrouds). So, for less than 100 bucks and a couple hours of fairly simple fab time, I have an oversized rad that will cool any motor we run, and looks trick too.
I can't seem to get a pic to post, but I can email it to someone to post if you want to see it.
