Looking for red steering stem clamp

Where could I even get a new red one? I cant seem to find one.
Does anyone have a used red steering stem clamp they would like to sell?

I have a black nacs and a new red nac's that has not been ridden on, but mounted several times.

Shoot me some numbers for either of you - I really want a blue nacs.

If you guys can figure out how to get me one without me having to pay, I'll gladly give up my black and red.
