i run a after market fan set up from moose Should I run with the fan on all the time or just hook it up the way that it is supposed to be

depending in mods , you are ok to just hook it up regular, and will work fine , but if you want , hook it direct , but i would put a switch in it , so you can start it first , and then turn fan on when running, helps , for better starting , and wont ruin your stator
