Well usually with a full size and a 4-5 inch lift you should be able to clear 35s. I'd go with the 35x10.50(or 12.50 if you want a wider tire)x16. Be warned you will wear your ball joints and CV joints out much faster by cranking your t-bars. As for the rims I'd go with 16x10 as long as the tires you get will go onto a 10" rim, some say not to install on anything over an 8" wide rim. Make sure you get the back spacing the right way you want it too.

EDIT: You could also google "lifted 95 gmc k3500" and you could see what other people have got for tires and rims and such. That's what I did for my ranger.

body lifts look ugly and cheap... I know axle blocks are cheaper but a body lift just makes the truck look wrong

The better question is: Once you put the lift and tires on and get 10mpg can you afford the gas?

Cause right now that truck gets 12mpg if your lucky.. Bigger tires and lift kit will kill it worse.

I were to do it, 16x8 and 305s. 33" tires are more than enough. Im also positive it will fit just fine cranking to torsion bars slightly (which wont affect the cv axles all that much) and no block in the rear.

Dont bother with a body lift, they just put stress on everything from hoses to wires and are junk,
