hey guys im on a 400ex right now and i race motocross but if i want to make it in this sport i need a 450
i was looking at the kfxs and i was wondering what kind of problems occur with them
and how reliable are they when u build the motors

i currently have a built out 08 kfx450r and the only problems ive had with it so far is a blown head gasket last year and a decompression spring this year. other than that it has been very reliable although it is a lil bit cold blooded when the temp outside is colder.

depends on how much money you want to put in it, kawi can run motocross pretty good when set up right, but if you looking for 400ex like reliablity your going to want to stick with honda, more reliable and cheaper to fix, tons of parts for them,, Your not going to find a 450 as reliable as a 400ex though,
