custom exhaust quaestion

so i was looking today at my brothers fourwheeler and he has a hmf slip on so i got to thinking and it looks like a fancy name brand glass pack. so why couldnt you make you own custom exhaust out of a glass pack??

I'm thinking about doing custom duals with a crossover/H-pipe using small automotive mufflers. Here is the muffler I was thinking about:

It sure will be loud. Glasspack cores are designed differently than quad exhaust. I hollowed my stock exhaust and took a core out of an old broken yfz exhaust and made one myself. It don't look pretty using an old arc welder and rods but it works and sounds nice.
