400EX Replacement Shocks?

05' TRX400EX. What are some good 'won't break-the-bank' shocks for the bike? Both front and rear.

Can the O.E.M.'s be serviced?

From what I've read on here the rear shock can be redone and for the front I see a lot of ppl get the 450r or yfz front shocks and redo them, a lot of ppl don't rework them and run them the way they are, I've seen works shocks on ebay pretty cheap tho and from what I hear they are good, I think anything would be better than what comes stock up front tho,
I bottem out on the smallest stuff with my stockers but I've gotta wait for new ones my wallet a lil bit on the empty side right now

if ur just looking for a average upgrade get yfz or 450r shocks.. only cost efficient option really
