Was at the dealership today and tried to order a +4 Hot Rods crank for my 86 R and there was no part number in the book for an 86, just 87-89... Does anyone know if the 87-89 crank will fit in my 86? I plan on putting a 330 kit on the top end if that matters..? Thanks

Yes, just order it for the 87/88/89 year model.
The +4 will go in your 86 cases, cause that area of the crankcase is made the same on all years, 85 to 89 ATC/TRX250R engines.

On the 330 cylinder, you'll need to have the cases machined where the cylinder skirt goes down into the cases, because the skirt of the sleeve on the 330 is larger that the stock OEM TRX cylinder or the 310 cylinder.
That opening in the cases, will need to measure 3.3500 to be large enough to clear the 330 sleeve skirt.
