starting problams

I have a 08 with a cylinder works big bore stock compression. It runs fine but does not like to start right after it ran. It will turn over alot and sometimes pop like it is loaded up with fuel. I had a 45 piolt in then went up to a 48 then droped back to a 42 same thing every one. Any help would be great thanks

check your valve clearence, a sign of valves getting worn , is hard starting when hot
