i want to know if i need to buy another cylinder or not... I search on ebay and google and i see 1 or 2 cylinder that are not like mine .... the others are all like my cylinder...see pics ...

I think you would be fine.

That really shouldnt hurt much.

But i would get someone elses opinion on it, other than mine.

This is very common on 400ex cylinders, the casting is too thin by the bolt holes, nothing to worry about, it doesn't affect anything.
