Well, I gusseted the top of the spindle and filled the rock guard holes to strenghten that area. I will get my son to our local track and let him launch and see what happens. Hopefully, this will fix the problem that all us will have!!!!!

that's why I was hoping one of the aftmkt companys would make a-arms to fit 450r spindles or ltr spindles

Talking with Scott from Leagar, he can make yamaha a-arms to incorporate ltr 450 spindles.

We can offer that too, But most customers complain about a set of arms costing $700-$800.
Now add an additional $300 + for spindle, brakes and hubs. (used $)

We've used LTR geometry on our TRX, DRR's and KTM85 mods. They work amazing.

We were going to use the LTR's on our GNCC pro's TRX. But Tim Farr said they were breaking those too.

If you guys want that style, let me know.

I guess I need to call ya Tom, I already have trx450r set-ups ready to go b/c that's what I switch my 250r's to. Thanks for the input.

Hey Tom just lower the price too about 300 bucks and problem solved! Ha that would be nice for us bad for you tho. Anyways just thinking outside the box we run JB on ours and I put the spindles off my YZF 450 on and it looked like it would work except the tie-rod arm on the spindle doesn't come back far enough for the tie-rod to clear the shock spring at full turn on the inside, my mind was wondering if the tie-rod mount on the stem was lengthened out and inch would that help or would it completely throw everything off?
