Minus the kibblewhite valves, i agree with 440.
450R carb
Gt Thunder HD headstuds
11:1 wiseco piston
Mild port and polish (not needed but helps a little)
I would get stock valves, kibblewhites are overpriced and have had a few different cases of breaking. (i am against kibble whites since i had 2 snap on me.)
But thats your call.
Slip on, or full exhaust. Your call.
Airfilter
You can grind down the header welds on a stock header and it helps a little also.
Cometic MLS (multi layered steel) gasket kit.
Crf450R timing chain (its the same size just heavy duty compared to the junk stock 400ex timing chain)
Stage 2 hotcam
a 426 is very reliable just make sure jet it accordingly.
and if your worried about heat, a larger oil cooler, and spal fan cant hurt.
Just kinda insurance.
