if you used the regular powdercoat pay attention to the main bearing races buncha guys been loosing them after powdercaoting the cases and having to sleeve them with steel

Nice, bikes. I'm glad I'm not the only one out there who changes it up after a build, they can always be improved.

Hay bud Higgy here. I've been going back and forth and just haven't decided on what size LED motor to go with? How do you like your 350?? Is it a stroker or stock crank? I'm building an all LRD/LED bike. Attitude Frame, pegs, Nerfs and seat cover and a Brand new NOS LRD pipe and silencer. The stinger connection is 1.5"ID along with where the exbansion chamber hooks up with the stinger! Thats the biggest I've ever owned. **** my 431 Puma only has 1.250 ID. So I know the pipe is definately for a bigbore!! Just curious how you're liking the power on the LED 350cc that you had built and what size carb you're running?? Also whats the size of your pipe ID at that connection point? There's gotta be a reason for it being that large. I need to Call Arlan ands start asking him some more questions!!
Beautiful bike/build by the way!!!! You really out did yourself!! I may be getting in touch with you about a set of those Tierods you make if you'd be willing to make another set?
Thanks Higgy!

well the red bike is a non power valve an the white bike is power valve both motors are ported by led an both have his pipes ive never been happyer with a engine builder Arlien is still progressing with these motors he has never stopped as far as the pipes he built the red one about 2 years ago an it is nit the same as the white bike he just built it an it has changed for the better if i was going to have him build a motor i would sell the old lrd pipe you have an get his new style theres no other that compairs he has changed everything about them both run differant but fast as hell white bike has more overrev an just keeps pulling on top red bike likes to be short shifted an pulls really tall gearing well both motors are ported for mx just tell him what kind of ridding you plan on doing an he will build you a motor package suitable you will be happy you did haha
as far as the tie rods yea i will build u a set its really no big deal
just call me sometime so i can get the sizing
thanks joe

Hey Higgy here,
I appreciate the feed back Joe. I've been getting great feedback from everyone. I ride the dunes, but I luv alot of topend, however you also need a motor that's gonna pony up and have enough low/midrange to get you outta those treeshots!! Thanks and I'll get at out about the sizing of those tierods!
Thanks Higgy!
