significant difference?

Hey guys, I picked some used tires and rims on craigslist. They are in great shape but the tire size is different from the stock size.
Stock: Front 22x7x10 Rear 20x10x9
New: Front 23x7x10 Rear 20x11x9
The back tire is 1 inch wider and the front tire is 1 inch taller than stock. Will I notice any difference in performance? I assume the center of gravity will be slightly higher but I am concerned about loosing bottom end power. I do not think I will since my rear tires are the same height as stock. Thoughts?

It won't handle as well turning because of the bigger tire, but if anything you gained ground clearance and width.

whoa.. 23's on the front..

Yeah, they'll work, but normally i do +1" on the front tires. But that's just me.
