After a bit of thinking and saving im now in the position to buy a bigbore for the R.
i have been looking at esr and sphyinx is there any others you would recomend ??
where is the best place to buy from ?

Also for the fule rating ,the stuff i use is 99ron , 87 mon im guessing that makes it 93 pon ?
so what head do i get just pump gas or whats the story ?
also if it makes a diffrence the stoich is .... 14.7:1AFR or 14.4:1 AFR dependant on the station
cheers scott

it depends on the compression of the motor...

you can run 87,89 or 93 octane gas in the motor however your better off running race gas with lead in it over the gas from a pump... its mroe consistant and youll be able to jet your bike much easier the station pum gasses have all sorts of additives that make the plugs hard to read for jetting...

I m not sure what the gas is like in scotland though

and can you try to give up on hating? ;)

$6.83 per litre? So that makes it 6.83*3.78=$25.82 per gallon :eek2:

At prices like that, I'd be much more inclined to go with pump gas, I'll gladly sacrifice a couple horsepower. What is the price of regular gasoline in your area?

I just changed to a pump gas dome because it was so hard to start with the really high compression head dome.
