Okay so my 99 400ex had a dg full exhaust with a fmf quietcore and a K&N with no lid. It had a 146 Dyno Jet Main with the stock 38 pilot. I just recently rebuilt the motor with a 85mm 11:1 Piston and a 451 Web Cam and lightly ported the head. I put the stock exhaust and airbox lid on because we ride alot at night and we have to keep the neighbors happy. After the rebuild it had a bad bog off idle, so today i started the jetting process. First i kept the main the same and went to a 42 pilot. it still had the same bog so i went up in the main to a 160 but still no luck. The only other pilot i had at the shop was a 65 so i put it in and it seems to be even worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
