400ex calipers work on a trx 250r?

Will my front and rear calipers work on my laeger 250r bike? Anything else work from a 400 to 250r

400ex calipers to 250r spindels need an adaptor.

but you could also jsut get 400ex spindels and bolt them both on

That's actually backwards. You can use 400EX spindles and 250R calipers if you have the caliper adapters. It's a pretty popular set up.
