Any pics of where I do all my adjustments for my front Elkas.

I havent really looked at them too much I just installed them. I seen the knob for harder and softer adjustments.

But where is the rebound, and hieght adjustments?

The knob is compression im guessing?

Is there a simple answer for at what setting I should adjust my rebound? , ( XC , and dune rider)

the knob is the compression, and the red knob located at the bottom of the shock shaft is to adjust the rebound, the more the knob is turned to the right the slower the rebound (left is faster rebound).
settings are individual to the rider i think,
good luck

You want the rebound adjustment as fast as posible but with out the machine wanting to through you off the back. I would start rebound at the fastest posible then start going through some whoops. then slow it down till you feel its no longer bucking you around. O yes buy the way I am talking about the rear shock because the rear's rebound is the mnost important. but uise the same for the front.
