Ok so i read we can put them on our 400ex 's..Now here's my question will it help or hurt us on the track??

The handling won't be any different, it will perform better at the track due to much better braking.

It will probably be easier to bolt on YFZ calipers as this has been stated to be a bolt on mod to the stock EX spindles.

X2... The YFZ Calipers is essentially a direct bolt on, and is an amazing mod... LTR Spindles would be a better decision, but there is some fabbing that has to be done... I'd have to search that to remember what exactly it was again...
