Has anyone ever used them to recover a seat. I sent my sons seat to Verde back in early January and have not recieved it or even a phone call saying what the hold up is. I email them 3 times a week and call even more. I got a email in February asking for my phone number. I sent it to them 4 times. Then a few days ago I got the same email asking for my number again. If anyone has any input or advice i would appreciate it . Thanks

back when I worked for Herrmann we used them for a short time for shock covers and seat covers, terrible customer service and nothing was ever made correctly. After about 10 tries we finally got shock covers that fit half decent and then when they sent the whole order out they were completely different from the samples. This was over 5 years ago but looks like nothing has changed
