Can some one tell me if there is a o-ring that goes in the groove on the under side of a liquid cooled head on a 90cc. When I removed it looked like it had silicone in it . I will try to post a pic

yeS for sure if there is a grove there then a oring goes there

yes, o ring goes in the groove on the head.

FYI torque spec on 8mm cylinder nuts is 12-15 lbs when you put it back together
