I put my 15T sprocket on tonight and the OEM guard/cover will not fit with the new sprocket. Is there an aftermarket cover or am I SOL? I would really like to cover it up for safety's sake.

Yea you can get an aftermarket cover like moose and then using some longer bolts put your outercover on.

Moose won't clear a 15t, atleast the poly one won't. I put one on mine this last rebuild and it wasn't even close. Had to grind the inside edge off about a 1/4" or more to barely clear my chain. My sock one I had cleared, it rubbed the inside of the guard somewhat but it cleared.

I also have the moose poly chain case guard. It's the best protection wise, but it barely clears a 14 tooth, much less anything larger.
