Need help...race motor won't start

Ok guys, I could really use some advice. I finished my new race motor for my 450r...having issues starting. I checked all connections...I get spark with the Dyna fs cdi...but nothing with both good stock cdi boxes I tried. It also seems as if the spark is delayed for some reason. Any ideas on what this could be? Cam timing and valve clearances are all in spec also

is the keyway bent on the fly wheel shaft

is your harness race cut? if so post a schematic of how its wired,
maybe you missed something
