Whatever you do if your going to paint it-you need to use an automotive quality spraypaint with a flex agent in it. Otherwise once you paint it not only will it chip or scratch super easy it will get eaten by any chemicals really easy. Also without the flex agent if the plastics flex it will flake off.

I'm sure he spent less than $250 for paint and additives.

if this is a woods atv no kind of paint will hold up. i'd hate for you to put the time and money into it for it to look like sheit after a ride.

if it's a dune quad go for it.

I would go with the Krylon Fusion paint, its made for painting plastic, I just painted my plastic with it a few months back and it holds up really well. No cracks or flaking yet

I've always liked orange , blue, and yellow.

Lots of colors look good though.. ↓ (theres a few common colors)

I even saw a guy with white plastics on the back, black on the front, and a gray camo graphics kit that looked pretty good, with orange beadlocks.

alot of people have used dye on there plastics. if they`re yellow then you could probably come up with a pretty unique color maybe a good orange. if they`re red you might be limited with that

I like orange with a black frame then. Maybe silver plastic?

Oh and as for the krylon fusion-worked ok but scratched very easy it seems.

That would be a disgrace to all 400ex's, world wide.

I want to do a Crown Royal bike with white fenders, purple and gold graphics/PC and incorporate the red/gold crown on the gas tank..

I didn't knoiw that had a nascar, but heres a pic of it for colour reference.. I think it would look badass with white fenders,
