engine wont run

Just rebuilt polaris 90 new top end. Started bike idled for about 1 minute and died. Bike is getting no spark replaced plug still nothing. Changed cdi box nothing. Can someone help. Thanks Keith

check kill switch and key switch wiring if they are still intact.
