You tried using an impact gun on it?

Oh ya ive tried impact gun, air chisel, 8 pound mall. everything lol. The right side looks like theres plenty of room to cut it but the left side looks there is none. When i cut the right side will i be able to move it enough to cut the left side.

Loosen your engine mounts so you can slide your engine over slightly to the right after you cut the right side.

yea i had one i beat with a 25lb sledge and stopped fearing i would bend the frame.took it to a machinist and he ended up breaking the swinger getting it out.needless to say now mine comes out every 6 months and gets lathered in grease, need it or not.good luck.

the last time i went riding i noticed mine was coming out, so we banged it back in with a rock lol. Do i just need to order a new Swingarm Pivot Bolt?

Id order a new one. Why was it coming out-theres supposed to be a nut on the one end holding it on.

the nut was missing, I'm gonna take it back to the shop where I got this bike from to see if they'll do something about it, this bike is missing all sorts of little things

Do you have a metal blade for the Saw?

I used a yellow metal blade from Lowes.

It cut through it but you gotta remember, its a steel bolt. Its a tough cookie, so its going to take a while. I think i went through 2 or 3 blades and it took me about 3-4 hours to finally get the bolt out.

If you can get a thin grinder wheel in there Id use that.

Socket, find a cheap socket you dont mind possibly destroying and go to town.

Luckily I found a cheapo socket that doesnt have the hole all the way thru like most and used that, a punch and a 3lb sledge.

the easiest way by far is to use a cutting torch for the races...and for the record its called a sawz all,not a saw zaw.lol
