Been doing a little riding lately and now when I pull in the clutch, the quad keeps going which means the clutch isn't working right. Can I just tighten something up or does it need a whole new clutch?

Also, lately the spark plug has been coming loose mid ride which is a pain. I've thought I've tightened it enough but still comes loose!

Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Try adjusting the clutch at the lever as well as the cover next to the header.

If you cant get it to stop creeping then it might be time for a new clutch

As for the spark plug: either you didnt tighten it enough or the threads are messed up. You using the 400ex tool or a socket?

400ex Tool

Last I tried with a socket, there wasn't enough room to get it in there.

Sure your making it snug enough? Id try another plug just to make sure.

Got the plug back in there snug. Hopefully it stays put this time.

As for the clutch, I went to tighten it up and notice the screw in part was broken so I had to temporarily fix it until I can get a new one.

as you discovered,if its creeping then you have cable or lever/lower cable mount thread issues.if it doesnt want to go then youre looking at worn clutch.

The adjuster on the bars was broke. Where your can adjust it by either screwing in or out.
