Hey guys just joined the forum and I have a 2006 banshee.it's bored 20 over with v-force 3 reeds and fmf power core sst exhaust.I'm trying to get a little more power and am considering port and polish job will the difference be worth my time? I've raced a honda 450r and am about 2 bikes behind any ideas?

yes, a good port will make a huge huge difference, but if you goin to port might as well re ring it and check your crank while your in there. Carbs will be the next thing holding you back and then pipes.

You should already be faster. I've beaten two 450r's already with my banshee which doesn't have much more mods.

But yeah, some aggressive porting and a good set of carbs will make a worlds difference. You'll be looking at 60+hp and unless you have traction issues you'll walk on built 450's no problem.

Good luck!

You could add or coolhead or shave the Stock head for alittle more down low power.

Or adjustable stator plate and set it to +4
