I had ran Flexx bars and still have 2 sets until I ran the Precision setup, but Ive never ran the Precision setup XC only on an MX track and I really liked it but I think I am going to still like my flexx bars on an XC course,
but I wanted to know about the inserts, I have never ran them or known anyone i ride with who has used them,
Can someone give me a review on them,
I got a quad I was wanting to try them out on but I dont fell like wasting some cash either, but I figured they should be ok,
any all opinions appreciated

correct me if I am wrong....wouldn't the flex bars take care of the vibration???? I know they did on my dirtbike and 3 wheeler. The vibration insert they sell is like a really long plastic sleave w/ a long bolt and nut on the end. When you tighten it, it compresses the rubber and reduces the feel you get. The old school way that desert racers did this to fill the bar with silicone. You can also get thicker grips, they will dampen it also.
