Changing clutch help

Okay well I'm replacing the clutch on my fourwheeler, and right when we pulled off the case a spring fell out. Can anyone tell me where it goes?

The same thing happened to me to and it took me a few minutes to find where it goes. http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.com/teammotorsports/showmodel.asp?Type=13&make=hondaatv&A=197&B=11 Is it #8 on there? b/c that fits onto the bottom of #7. The top prong on the spring fits in a notch on that #8 and the bottom prong goes into a hole on the crank case cover irrc. Someone else may be able to explain it better.

yep, just the clutch arm spring. All you gotta do is pull the clutch arm up and place the spring back. It's what returns it back to the forward position
