89 250R Frame has fresh powder, arms and swing arm are stock. Stock cylinder-ed long rod motor and 38as carb.
Shocks are ohlins fronts with rezzies and NO comp or rebound adjustment and rear is factory. All have just been serviced.
I put all new bushings in rear linkage. It has 86 spindles and hubs on the front because of simplicity of the design.(same size bearings in hubs)
Bills pipe with newly packed silencer, clarke tank, oem 450r wheels with Kenda Klaw mx front and rear 4 ply tires.
Twin row bearing carrier, all 250r calipers with steel braided lines and LRD foot pegs and nerfs. Unknown brand extended adjuustable axle.....ect.
This sale is pick up only. I will NOT ship it. I would be willing to drive a short distance to accommodate a longer distance buyer.

$2200 OBO

As a suggestion you might want to give a few more specifics on the motor.
Porting? Current bore and how many hours on it.
Bottom end - what year is the bottom end and what's been done to that and more importantly how long ago.

The motor will ultimately be what sells it not the body.

My .02

Good luck on your sale.

What bore is the motor? Any other motor work?

man if i had the extra cash i would come pick it up but unfortunatly i dont im right in the middle of getting a house. But as stated before some more details on everything might help such as how are the shocks up ect. I would also have to disagree with the guy who said the motor is what sells the bike. I figure its a motor and they will all eventually have to be rebuilt and i plan on doin that anyways when buying a used bike. I personally would rather have a nice chasis since thats where the majority of the money is spent when doing a build. Anyways Good luck with the sale Im sure it will sell that seems like a very resonable price to me.

Matt,
The piston in the pic appears to be a 67.5mm, is that correct?
can you let me know what you want for it? and if its a 85-86 style or a 87-89 style
Thanks! James

Would you be interested in selling that black swingarm alone?
