What should i update right away or gusset? I see the front motor mounts that everyone talks about:( Oh well, seems to be a good little quad that he can learn to shift on and prac.
Susp will be coming soon I hope...

I'd start with gussets for sure. Not sure if front motor mounts are critical with stock motor right away.
If you need any thing. I know a guy.....

I'd start with a chain guide and some better shocks.

shocks are must!!! but i have to admit this little quad is awesome, take in mind this is coming from a guy that has and is still dealing with DRR race quads. Josh rode in the rain, through mud and everything else today, never would have let him on our two drr's sitting there in the garage looking pretty:D

Also all that mud and rain and never a hic cup out of the lil raptor.

Suspension and if the rider is bigger then about 125lbs get motor mounts, try to get someone to wield them if you can or use heavy duty ones.

Gusset the frame is a good idea, double up the front motor mounts if your worried about flexing.

with the front motor mounts, do you buy aftermarket ones or modify them somehow, we are buying one in about 1 month for my daughter.

I would just buy another pair of front motor mounts and stack them on top of each other.

Really, I think you would be fine without doing that, up to you though..
