hinson clutch basket

hey guys!
I have a hinson clutch billet and I have a question.

In the instruction manual at part number 4.Install retainer plate
at part four.

-Using a hammer and punch, peen the screws where they come through the inside of the pasket.

that´s will when I punch one time with the hammer of it or must the pin´s clomplete bear on the clutch?
