Who runs a Saber and are they mainly for drag?

I love the dunes and uphill climbing. How would a saber do riding from camp to choke cherry hill at St. Anthany dunes and back to camp?

I have a chance to pick one up inexpensively.

I'm building one for MX, see no reason why you can have a Saber do what you're wanting.
