What kind of riding do you do?

Any ideas on what you want to do?

And how much money do you plan on spending?

Get a drop in cam, I think that would be the next logical upgrade before going into the motor. There was a good thread about hot cams recently.

I would say to get a 416cc high compression piston, AND a nice drop in cam with your $600 ($900 can. money).
After you do the 416cc high compression piston and cam, A complete exhaust is the next mod so you can get the extra exhaust produced by the 416 out (basically).
Be carefull on which cam and exhaust you buy. Some cams dont require stiffer valves (which rob horespower) and/or hardened rocker arms.
I believe Ross and JE pistons are the prefered 4-stroke pistons.
If you would like to still run 93 octane gas, don't go over 10.5:1 compression on the piston.

When you make a thread, make sure a tell everyone your english isn't perfect (like you did) so people will understand that you can't help your grammar mistakes ;)

If you have any more questions, don't be afraid to post!

Pick your bore (406/416/425 etc)
Piston and rings 125.00 (all $ us)
Cam 130.00
gaskets 40.00
bore and hone cyl 45.00-100.00

Thats well below your budget and with this set up the stk header and your current aftermarket silencer will work well.

If you wanted you could use the balance of your budget for a new sleeve and installation and go for the big bore.

Most of the cams that dont require hardened rockers also dont need the extra stresses of the heavier valve springs and can even wear faster with the new springs.

If you do run the motor in the higher rpm range (8500+ rpm) you may want to consider the hardened rockers and rewelded cam along with the new springs and even an FST type extra oil cooler.

Have fun
