I have never run across this in the mini forums to date( and have purchased many parts) but in this particular forum I have had 2 back to back bad experiences with buying parts. Are kids and their dads just more honorable than you adults who sell their stuff as if nothing is wrong with the parts. In my particular case I have purchased 2 radiators from 2 separate individuals and they are both garbage. Frustrating. My point is, know what you are selling, and if you do then disclose ALL information about it.
