Hey guys, I have a Pro-X powervalve jugg that uses a Pro Cross head. I blew out one of the O-Rings in the head and I can't find a source for O-rings anywhere. Any ideas where I can get an O-ring kit.

Thanks....

Hey MEAT,

If it's a 265cc-310cc kit.....Just use the '91 Yamaha YZ250 O-Rings

Thanks for the info L-bolt. I got a 69mm piston in her now. So that puts me around 269cc's.

A '91 YZ250. Great info. I had a helll of a time trying to search for Pro x and Pro Cross. I was going to email Arlan, its an LRD jugg, but I figured I'd ask here first. Thanks again.

What other brands of heads can I use with the Pro-X jugg?

At one time you could get a Pro Design cool head for the Pro-x cylinders, but really nothing wrong with the Pro-x heads.
If compression is a problem, just switch out the dome.

Have you taken the head apart, like pulled the dome out ??.
Reason I'm asking, a CT Racing Pro-x head has a divit on the inside to keep the dome from rotating inside the head shell & only a CT Racing dome can be put back in it. I guess it is because the dome has an angled spark plug hole. Does your have the angled plug hole ??.

At one time, all the dealers using the Pro-x cylinders & heads, CT, LRD, ESR & a few others, all of the machining to the cylinders & heads was done a LA Sleeve & then shipped out to the marketing dealers.

Neil, thanks for the reply. The head/dome do have the aligning divot and the dome has the angled plug hole too. I've been to Pro-Design's site and they do make heads for the Pro-X jugg, but only for 310cc and bigger. I only have a 69mm piston in my cylinder. Same deal on ESR's website, they only list em for the 310's and up.

My ProCross head has a small chip taken out of right by the stud hole, plus my dome is pretty nicked up. I ordered my YZ 250 head O-rings already, but I was curious if I could use another brand head.

Neil do you deal with Pro-X / ProCross products ? I'd like to buy a new dome and perhaps a new whole new head.

This jugg is supposed to be one of Bill Ballances, from '02 or '03.
