05 400ex jetting problem

i bought this 05 400ex, it has a lexx mxe slip on exhaust. When i hit the throttle it seems to pop and dosn't have much throttle response kinda sounds doggy. i have a 42 piolet and a 152 main, it got alittle better but when it sits ther idling for a few mins it does the same thing until u rev it out and it goes fine, it might be old gas or low on fuel because i had it on reserve. Please give me some ideas or if u think it is sumthing else let me know.

I would run it completely out of fuel. Then put in some new 93 octane and give us a update then.

x2. Cant help ya if your not even sure that you have gas... or even good gas for that matter.

Also pull your plug and check it.
The tip should be a cardboard brown color.

i have checked the gas it had some left but not very much and the gas did kinda smelt old, im gunna drain the old gas and put some new gas and some k100 and then see. i think it being out of gas plus on res it was starving for fuel
