Can this be fixed,never seen this break

Both of my lower ball joints broke off inside the a arms,one was almost out,and one never even budged. Maybe a machine shop?

should be able to just screw those out and buy new ball joints

check the cross compatibility chart I think I remember someone saying something about ford courier balljoints

Yes....with a little heat and some penetrating oil....you should beable to unthread them.

yeah, heat, penetrating oil and turn it out from the side that the threads are showing. BTW, that looks like a 14mm thread size.

Another trick if you have a welder , use a nut that has a little smaller inside diameter than the ball joint shaft size and weld the inside of the nut to what’s left of the ball joint. It will give you something to put a wrench on and the heat from the weld helps break them loose also.
