05' 300ex stock motor low compression 90psi steady cranking it. wait a few seconds crank again 145psi. burns oil even after warm. Ive done a leak test on the valves changed the valve seals piston rings good cylinder walls no scratches.
when its running i hear a slapping from the head. i took pictures of the chain tensinor it looks like its full extended like 1/4 out i know is in working order ive done the tests to it. the chain is tight to the sprocket can move just a smudge. so that's as far as it goes. does anyone have a measurement of a stock cam chain or know of service specs for it.
