A Arm shock problem???????????

I have a 09 drr 50. It has long travel burgard a arms and fox long travel floats. When I pick the front of the bike up one wheel drops like it should and the other drops but the last inch or so is almost like its in a bind? What am I not seeing? Any one help me out on this?

take the shocks off and make sure you have full travel and it should be very free travel.If so you got a problem in that shock.
