TRX90 PLastics

I know this has probably been gone over, but is it possible to put the 2006 and up plastic sets on a 2005 bike? If so can someone please direct me to the forum where this was discussed or give me the info on if possible and how much of a biatch it is?

You will need:
Front plastics, front plastic mount, gas tank, seat, and rear fenders all off of the 2006+


Rear seat holes need moved closer together back by the latch. Need to extend the front seat mounts about 3/4-1" towards the rear. Fab and weld 2 tabs for the sides of the rear fenders to mount to. The only thing that takes a little thinking is the gas tank supports. You will need to fit everything to see where to put the mounts and how high to make them so the plastics flows and fits nice.

Its all pretty easy, once you have everything and fit it, you'll see whatcha need to do.

Actually, I had ours convereted in about 2 hours but have access to tons of materials, tools, etc...

i have an 05 chassis with 06 plastic new new seat, new gas tank elka shocks kids on quads swing arms and a arms callipers upgraded and all it needs is motor. will sell for 1200.00 call me at 618-21-5605 if interested.
