Ok i'm needing to change the belt on my sons predator 90. i've got the cover off and i'm not sure which pulley assembly i should take apart. do i take the front or rear apart? The only other belt i've ever messed with was on a 250 trailblazer and you take apart the back pulley on it. but it was made different..

unbolt the front pulley or variator.seat new belt into rear pulley and over front shaft and then re-assemble.be careful when removing variator as there might be shims between the outer variator and inner.good luck !!!!

forgot to mention to use a little blue loctite on the threads.you don't want that nut backing out on the variator.it will wipe out EVERYTHING !!! we learned the hard way on our drr 90.

ok i will. Hey do you have a jetting recommendation for this quad? i'm going to put an fmf pipe on it and and clamp on uni filter. the stock main is an 82.5 jet. i bought a 90,95 and 100. i'm hoping one of them will be enough.. i'm used to jetting blasters and 250r's never messed with anything this small before

we have a 24mm keihin and their jetting numbers are different but on our 2000 scrambler 90 with the stock carb i believe we have a 90 in it.that has a kx65 fmf pipe that was cut and re-welded for a drr but bolted right up to the polaris.we also tried a uni filter on it but it didn't like it so for now we have the stock airbox.
