A arm Question Please Help ASAP!

I am in a hole I powdercoated all of my a arms and don't know for the lowers at least which is left and which is right I have no stickers please help!

Lay the a-arms down, facing upward, ball-joints facing outward. The angled part of the a-arm faces toward the back, straight part in front. Hope I described it ok :cool:
