What Do You Guys Think?

Just this evening i picked up a Pro Armor Bullhorn bumper for my ol 400ex for only 40 bucks and put it on. It has been spray painted black and is chipping VERY bad, but i'm going to see if that paint can come off and i can polish it. Here's some pictures of it:

Do you guys think black or the regular look of the bumper would look better with the color scheme of my fourwheeler?

And what do you guys use to get spray paint off? Pressure washer? :devil:

acetone and a few rags will take all that paint off, then you can polish it.

you could go either polished or black on yours. i think polished would look nice. to remove the paint, just get some aircraft paint stripper. you just spray it on, watch the paint bubble up, then powerwash it. then get to polishing and post pictures when its done :cool: .

Good lookin bumper man, personally, id clean it up and put a few coats of flat black on it. I think it looks good black with your quad being yellow. But thats just my opinion

I'd do black.
I bought a pro armor dominator a while ago and the paint was crappy. I grinded down the welds from the middle piece that broke off scuffed up the paint, and repainted with rustoleum truck bed liner.
I think it looks great and so far it's held up good.

Thanks for all the comments guys! But first I'm going to get this crappy spray paint job off here and see how it looks with the bumpers original color. If it don't look too good, I'll do something like Reece616 because that looks pretty good on it.

It will be a few weeks, but I'll post some pictures up when I'm done.

This is my bumper. idk what model it is cuz i got it with a project quad but i like it alot. I sand blasted it and used anti-rust primer and paint but some of came off when i put my winch cable on it.

wait no, thats a cheap version of a prm baja. i think its one of them motosport bumpers

A few people have told me its a prm but it looks alittle different. Also when i sand blasted it there was a moose race equitment sticker under the paint

different strokes for different folks. he also has the polished scoops. i think it would flow perfectly. my quad is also mostly black and red and i have a polished bumper, nerfs, and pegs. just enough to mix it up a bit and make it stand out.

Speaking of that where did you get those diamind plate scoops? I really want them.

I'll see how it looks polished when I get this paint off and go from there. But I think the guy that ordered me them got them off eBay but I'd much rather have the smooth surface air scoops because stickers dont stick as good on this diamondplated kind.

But those diamon plate ones look very shiny. Do they have any letters or numbers on them? cuz i can't find any like them.

Nah, they just have some sticker on the back of the left one, but i don't know the name that's on it. They're just called diamondplates air scoops i'm pretty sure.
