Yes they are needed!!!!! We used the precision type style that we got on ebay for about $200 I think Heath has them also for around that price........Gave the boy a ton more confidence.

I completely agree. Ours are pretty wide and need the stabilizers to reduce bump steer. We have a few of the stick type and found they are a pain to install and keep adjusted right. Then we went with the Custom CNC from e-bay. It is super simple to install and has a great range. I believe Heath now has one that is nearly identical. I would call him.

We run the billet one from ebay on ours. Works very well, and wasn't much more expensive than a stick stabilizer.
