yfz450r rims on a honda/suzuki?

I know the older yamahas have a different pattern, but i have a guy wanting to buy my honda rear beadlocks for his new yfz450r and was wondering if they ever changed their hubs so they work with other brands' rims.

some companies used to offer a hub that made the yamaha a honda bolt pattern. I dunno if those are still popular or not
